The challenge
An adult daughter wanted reliable, simple technology for her father — and, just as importantly, someone patient he could call after they'd set it up.
Our approach
We set up his TV, streaming, tablet, and the apps he uses to see his grandchildren, then taught him slowly and wrote down the steps. He has a direct line to the same concierge whenever he needs a refresher.
The result
He watches what he loves, video-calls family with ease, and never worries about troubleshooting alone. His daughter has peace of mind.
