Accessibility
Everyone should be able to use this site comfortably, and to reach a real person easily. Here's how we approach that — and how to tell us when we fall short.
This statement is a placeholder and will be replaced with our final version. Last updated June 2026.
Our commitment
We want this website to be comfortable for everyone to use, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you rely on. Accessibility isn't an afterthought for us — it's part of treating people well.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we keep working toward that standard as the site grows.
What we've done
We use clear, generous type and ample spacing, with strong contrast between text and its background. Buttons and links are large and easy to tap. The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator so you always know where you are.
Images carry descriptive text for screen readers, and motion is kept gentle — if you prefer reduced motion, the site honors that setting automatically.
Help over the phone
If the website ever gets in your way, you never have to use it to reach us. A real person will gladly help you by phone, walk you through anything, and take care of whatever you need.
Tell us what we missed
We know there's always more to improve. If you run into something that's hard to use, or you have a suggestion, please let us know — it genuinely helps, and we'll do our best to put it right.
